Why Is My Order Being Shipped In Different Packages?
We use multiple warehouses located in the US to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Sometimes, items in your order may be found in different warehouses. In this case, we will ship your order in separate packages from the warehouses where the items are located. This will help us get your order to you faster than if we had to wait to consolidate all the items in a single warehouse.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We have a warehouse in the United States, and we only ship to the United States. Orders are shipped out directly from our warehouse, and we do everything we can to get you your order as fast as possible. Please allow an estimated 5-8 business days for your order to arrive.
What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck Or Lost In The Mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck in transit, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will work with you to get a replacement order shipped to you as soon as possible.
